This one pays in
NVIDIA.
Every trade is taxed 4% in the quote asset, tokenized NVIDIA, and pushed pro-rata to holders' wallets. No swap, no vault, no claim button.

Form BD-01 · the basics
Three stamps,
and you're a panda.
$PANVDA trades against tokenized NVIDIA
Not a USD pair. about $23M a day trades against it (15 Sep 2026).

Every trade pays 4%, and it never moves
Buys and sells alike, and nothing can raise it afterwards. The fee is charged in NVDA, never in $PANVDA: paying holders never means selling the token.

The lion's share becomes NVIDIA, mailed to you
In real tokenized NVIDIA, in proportion to what you hold.

Form BD-00 · origin
The dogs ran. The cats got gold.
The panda takes silicon.
PANVDA
Why a panda
Every cycle since 2013 has belonged to a dog. Then to another dog. Then to the same dogs again.
Then the cats got theirs, paid in gold. Every trade taxed, every holder mailed. It worked. It still works.
He points the same machine at the one asset this decade runs on.
The NVDA lane isn't taken. It's locked.
Someone already pointed a meme at NVDA here. Their tax buys NVIDIA, then locks it in a vault nobody can ever open. Their own disclaimer says so.
That's half a story. The panda ships the other half: the tax is NVIDIA, and then it mails it.
No staking. No claiming. No signing. Somebody else's trade pays your next check, and you did nothing at all.
Form BD-02 · the mail route
Every fee becomes a letter.
The same split that paid the cats, pointed at NVIDIA. The lion's share is mailed to holders, not locked in anyone's vault.
Postage slip · every trade
The full 3.70% goes to holders. Nothing is held back, and no wallet sits between the trade and the payout.
Real split, not illustrative. The rate is fixed at launch, and every check is a plain ERC-20 transfer you can watch on the explorer.
No claim button. The check just clears.
Form BD-05 · the dividend window
What would your checks look like?
Pick a volume and your slice. 3.70% of every trade reaches holders, in full.
Your share is proportional to what you hold. Hold it in your own wallet: an exchange holds it for you, and collects your share with it. Pons runs the checks; you receive them straight.
Paid straight to your wallet. A check too small to be worth its postage rolls into the next one. Volume is the only engine: it can be zero, and so can the checks.
For scale, measured 15 Sep 2026: the AI/NVDA pair does about $1.5M a day; the deepest NVDA pool on the chain about $23M a day. Both were near four times that in late August.
The checks travel at night.
Form BD-03 · the difference
"Their vault locks your NVIDIA
forever."
"Our panda mails it straight
to you."
The vault way
- Fees buy tokenized stock.
- The stock goes into a vault.
- Nobody can ever redeem it. Their own fine print says so.
You hold a screenshot of a number.
The panda way
- Fees buy tokenized stock.
- The stock does not stay at the Desk. It is passed straight on.
- It's mailed to holders automatically, verifiable on-chain, check by check.
You hold NVIDIA.
Form BD-04 · the rules
Carved in, then the keys are thrown away.
The rate · fixed at launch
The rate is fixed when the token is created. No function can raise it. It can only ever be turned off, never up.
the pair · set once
Set once, then locked forever.
no mint · no blacklist · no pause
The functions don't exist. Supply is fixed at birth; no address can be frozen; trading can't be stopped.
Liquidity · locked
The launch liquidity is permanently locked. Nobody can pull it, us included.
no pre-mint · no allocation
Nothing is minted for us, nothing is vested, nothing is held back. The whole supply starts on the curve, and anybody who buys, us included, buys it there at the same price as everyone else.
the split is fixed at launch
Set at creation, by nobody afterwards.
no staking, no claiming
Hold $PANVDA in your own wallet. The NVDA arrives on its own.
Internal memo
A word from the Bamboo Desk
You will be handed ten thousand tickers. They will promise you everything and mail you nothing.
The panda promises you almost nothing, just a slice of the greatest chipmaker alive, and mails it out, for as long as anyone trades.
Sit still. Grow round. Get paid in silicon.

Every address appears here the moment the launch confirms.
What we don't control
- The launchpad pushes the checks, not us. If the launchpad stops, the mail stops. We can't send it ourselves.
- Holder sharing switches on, and may never switch off. The form says the fee recipient can turn it on. It doesn't say they can turn it off. Treat it as permanent.
- The liquidity is locked by the launchpad, not burned by us. Nobody can pull it, us included, but the lock is theirs.
- A check is worth what NVIDIA is worth. You're paid in the stock token, so you carry its price, up and down.
- Every number on this page assumes volume. Volume can be zero. Then the checks are zero too.
